Senior FP&A Manager
Opportunity description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior FP&A Manager for our client. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A and Business Planning, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the company. You will lead a team consisting of an FP&A Senior Analyst and an FP&A Analyst, supporting them in delivering insightful analysis and driving strategic initiatives.
This role requires a minimum of 8 days in the office each month, offering the flexibility to work remotely while engaging with the team face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the FP&A team to deliver accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
- Provide strategic financial insight and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure the company's financial health.
- Collaborate with various departments to support their financial planning and analysis needs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Professional finance qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with financial software and business intelligence tools.
