Job Title:
Group Finance Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage timely monthly financial reporting and consolidation for multiple legal entities, including flash reporting, group reporting templates, P&L, BS by entity, capex, non-recurring costs, and working capital analysis.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities as needed

  • Ensure clear, concise, and consistent financial reporting across all divisions.

  • Coordinate and deliver annual financial reporting, including statutory disclosures (P&L, BS, cash flow), associated notes, and reports.

  • Review and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Ensure consistency in financial processes and compliance with company finance policies.

  • Lead corporation tax filings and quarterly compliance, liaising with outsourced providers.

  • Manage any financial reporting requirements for external bodies as needed.

Desirable Skillset

  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Extensive experience in finance and accounting

  • Experience with multi-currency consolidation

  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
