Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage timely monthly financial reporting and consolidation for multiple legal entities, including flash reporting, group reporting templates, P&L, BS by entity, capex, non-recurring costs, and working capital analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities as needed
Ensure clear, concise, and consistent financial reporting across all divisions.
Coordinate and deliver annual financial reporting, including statutory disclosures (P&L, BS, cash flow), associated notes, and reports.
Review and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure consistency in financial processes and compliance with company finance policies.
Lead corporation tax filings and quarterly compliance, liaising with outsourced providers.
Manage any financial reporting requirements for external bodies as needed.
Desirable Skillset
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Extensive experience in finance and accounting
Experience with multi-currency consolidation
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
