Finance Systems Accountant - Inter-company

Stanton House is recruiting for an Interim Finance Systems Accountant - Inter-company to join a PE Backed Support Services Business in South-West England on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (pro-rata) and is hybrid, working 2-3 days per week in their offices (every other week) and the rest remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Apply accounting and Oracle knowledge to resolve inter-company finance queries.
• Enhance user training and documentation, with an emphasis on upskilling the offshore team.
• Review and improve end-to-end processes, including non-system elements.
• Address process gaps by collaborating with relevant teams.
• Provide training to diverse stakeholders, including offshore teams, through various methods.
• Promptly escalate complex issues or exceptions.
• Promote and support project goals.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Solid accounting background with strong inter-company knowledge.
• In-depth Oracle systems expertise.
• Proven problem solver with a track record of managing and resolving finance queries.
• Excellent communicator, experienced in stakeholder engagement and delivering training (onshore & offshore).
• Strong analytical and IT skills, including advanced Excel and ticketing systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
• Passionate about driving change, improving processes, and supporting finance transformation projects.
