Finance Business Partner

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, influencing both operational and strategic decisions.
• Producing monthly analysis, commentary, and forecasts, giving clarity and actionable insights.
• Leading the budgeting and reforecasting process for the division.
• Building financial models for bids and investment cases, including profitability and cash flow analysis.
• Driving operational efficiencies by understanding cost drivers and influencing business behaviours.
• Providing robust challenge on financial judgements (IFRS 15 knowledge a bonus).
• Leading and developing a direct report, fostering growth through coaching and mentoring.
• Identifying and tracking KPIs and commercial trends, turning them into clear recommendations for action.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Tech-savvy: Excel (intermediate-advanced)
